The Fall/Winter 2010 Fashion Week collections which showed in Bryant Park in February were the last to be shown in that iconic location! In September, the Spring 2011 collections will be showing at Lincoln Center — quite far uptown from Bryant Park! These changes have been in the works for a long time now, but the CFDA held a press conference on Thursday to discuss them. More »

Summer is almost here, but the fashion world is already dreaming of September when the second annual Fashion’s Night Out event will be held! The event is the brainchild of Vogue editors and was put on for the first time last year in order to get people excited about fashion and encourage them to shop. This year, the festivities will be even bigger with a public fashion show taking place in New York! More »

Remember when Jinra and I trekked through the snow and slush to bring you coverage from New York Fashion Week? Now you might be able to see some of the Fall 2010 collections in person too since Parlor showroom is going on a tour of the U.S.! More »

It seems like just yesterday that it was New York Fashion Week, but now we’ve gone through London and Milan to the final Fall 2010 Fashion Week in Paris. While bling certainly isn’t a new trend, there was a certain edge to it that spoke to me saying, “I’m fierce…and I shine. Watch out bitches.” It’s no wonder Michelle Obama chose a Naeem Khan number last year! Here are some of my favorite looks: More »

I was really excited to see the Twinkle by Wenlan collection this season, and it really didn’t disappoint. I love Twinkle because it is always a little edgy, but still something that you can see on the runway and say to yourself “I’d walk out of here wearing that right now.” Wenlan Chia knows how to make fashion fun and approachable.
