Fashion internships up for auction!

Oscar de la Renta, Balenciaga, M Missoni and Valentino are currently auctioning off month-long internships in their head offices!

Together with auction site charitybuzz.com, these labels will be offering experience in the sales, press, merchandising or PR departments of the fashion houses. The opportunity is open to students aged 18 and over, who are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university course.

The internships are valued at $10,000 (£6,240) each, and there are currently about seven days left. The current bid for the Balenciaga internship stands at $1,350 (£843); Oscar de la Renta at $1,000 (£624); with the Valentino and M Missoni internships yet to receive a bid. All proceeds will go to New York-based charity Rosie’s Theatre Kids, which aims to improve the lives of children through arts!

Though this opportunity sounds amazing, it also sounds very pricey!
