Level Shoe District opens the world’s largest shoe store!

Level Shoe District has just opened its massive 96,000 square foot space in the Dubai Mall!

The store sells mostly designer creations, and will be home to 15,000 pairs of shoes by 250 different brands. It also features a shop-in-shop configuration with separate spaces for different labels, a Vogue café and a cobbler that makes bespoke pairs built into the space.

Patrick Calhoub of Calhoub Group stated, “The whole idea is to create a place for men and women who love shoes, who are passionate about shoes, who are addicted to shoes, who are obsessed about shoes.”

The new store has overtaken Saks Fifth Avenue‘s shoe department in Manhattan, as well as the Macy’s Manhattan flagship, which until now claimed the title “world’s largest shoe store” at 39,000 square feet.
