H&M shoppers residing in New York are squealing with glee. It’s been revealed that the biggest shop for the Swedish company will be built on 48th street and Fifth Avenue. Although it will take a year to come around, the wait is reasonable.
With 57,000 square feet from six stories to explore, you’ll probably end up buying more than expected including all of H&M’s “men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and sportswear, children’s wear, lingerie, maternity, special sizes, cosmetics, and home goods.” Yes, H&M sells home products. Who knew?
Daniel Kulle, U.S. H&M president, shares:
H&M believes strongly in the New York City market. This new H&M flagship location will stand out amongst our already impressive group of stores that cover the New York City landscape and will for sure be a destination on Fifth Avenue, a world famous and historic thoroughfare.
I’m definitely envious of those who will be able to visit the store!
