Raf Simons made a great debut with Dior’s couture show, with his beautiful flower rooms.

Now you can take a look at a breathtaking video showing how the flower rooms were made. Over a timespan of four days, workers packed, cut, and shipped flowers from a warehouse to a warehouse on Avenue d’Iena. They covered the walls with a range of different flowers like peonies, roses, dahlias, orchids and many more. All together Dior used over 1 million flowers, for a show that only lasts 15 minutes.

Wow, that is A LOT of flowers! O_O


omggg that’s so crazy!! such a waste though especially since it only lasted 15 min..


whoa.. that’s crazy! imagine how strong the flowers must have smelled.. O___O


omg those rooms were so beautiful, but that was kind of weird to use that many flowers to a show that lasted only 15min.. :O


Wow that’s a lot of flowers o.o The room looks really pretty but isn’t that a waste of flowers?
