According to WWD Vera Wang and her husband Arthur Becker are separating after 23 years of marriage.

Will this have a bad influence on Wang’s gown empire? A lot of women become a bit crazy when the big day gets closer and closer, and nothing can go wrong on their perfect day.

Now the question is: will brides still buy their gowns from Vera Wang or will they go to another wedding gown boutique because it could be a bad omen or jinx their wedding.

I think a lot of ‘crazy’ brides will go to another designer, but let’s hope for Vera Wang it isn’t so and her bridal shop will bloom like it always does.

I personally think this would effect effect her designs as she has been doing it for over 23 years.  But hopefully this divorce/separation wouldn’t effect her.  And I hope the separation doesn’t effect the prospective bride’s image of her.


Sheesh, after 23 years?  She’s still an amazing desinger so it really shouldn’t matter.

After 23 years? Whoa, that’s gotta hurt. I wonder if it will affect her designs at all.


Aww that’s unfortunate news. But I love her design and a lot of other people do to, so I doubt this is going to effect it.
