Louis Vuitton’s creative director, Marc Jacobs, and Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama have collaborated for a collection of clothes and accessories. The collection features Kusama’s famous polka dots and prints against iconic Louis Vuitton leather goods, ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories, watches and jewelry.

“The obsessive character and the innocence of her artwork touched me. She succeeds in sharing her vision of the world with us.” - Marc Jacobs

The first wave of the collection was released on July 10th, two days prior to the opening of the artist’s retrospective at the Whitney Museum in New York City. A second release of goods will be arriving in stores in October.
