This year’s Hat Person has been presented to Kate Middleton, courtesy of Headwear Association. This is the 3rd annual event that the Headwear Association has given this award. The winners who won the years before consist of Brat Pitt and Johnny Depp. With names as famous as those, you know this is quite an award.

Middleton managed to receive a whopping 91 percent of votes, beating out familiar names such as Rachel Zoe (4 percent), singer Ne-Yo (2 percent), Justin Timberlake (1 percent), Bruno Mars (1 percent) and Charlie Sheen (1 percent).
