When it comes to top-notch fashion shows, you can bet that finding a seat won’t be too easy. Especially a front row seat to see all the new designs on the runway. However, KCD Worldwide is ready to change that.

They’ve developed Digital Fashion Shows, a tool where designers can broadcast their runway shows exclusively online. Each show is pre-taped without an audience and is able for viewing at a certain date and time. Not anyone can watch it though, an official invite must be given. So, it’s a toll that mainly focuses on press and purchasers.

Designer Prabal Gurung will be the first to test out this new platform on February 15th, right at the end of New York Fashion Week. So far, Gurung is the only designer in the United States to use the online runway show, but there are definitely talks about expansion. The videos from the fashion show can even be downloaded!

The only downside? You don’t get that fancy complimentary glass of champagne.
