Lucky underwear just got luckier - in plastic formation! Slovenian Olympic winner might just owe her second place trophy to a pair of plastic panties - or maybe not.
It seems people have gotten their knickers in a bunch after discovering that Tina Maze’s underwear might have given her an edge in winning second place for skiing in the Olympics. Previously, it was voiced out that women should not wear these plastic panties due to the lack of breathing room down there, but after Maze’s win, officials seem to be taking a different approach.
It’s being argued that the underwear allowed Maze to ski faster due to their aerodynamic qualities, and is therefore cheating. However, Maze won’t loose her win this time around, but Gian Franco Kasper, the president of the International Ski Federation, has made it clear that plastic underwear will be forbidden for the future tournaments to come.
