Lady Gaga may seem very close to designer Karl Lagerfeld, as she has been seen wearing his custom clothing and playing with his golden iPad, but what we’re all dying to know is exactly what the deisgner thinks of Lady Gaga.

V’s latest issue, which is said to be covered by Justin Bieber, was dedicated to some of Lady Gaga’s recent fashion collaborators and how they feel about the singer. Giorgio Armani and Paco Rabanne‘s Manish Arora both included something about Gaga, but Lagerfeld included a bit more insight into his description. It read:

Gaga gives the world her music and her talent, but the thing I like most is that she fights against boredom and banality. She also puts forth an ever changing, inspiring, and strong image — an image beyond fashion. She is an extreme concentrate of “zeitgeist,” freeing us from the heavy boredom of publicly displayed political correctness by being herself more than politically correct. Something in today’s world would be missed if there would be no Lady Gaga because Gaga is a Lady.

Although the last line left me a bit lost, it is pretty cool to see how other people are also impacted by the super star.
