How do we know that the star wasn’t blessed with underwear? She was wearing a see-through dress. Not the most logical thing in the world.

Blake Lively definitely managed to turn some heads at the teen soap’s 100th episode celebration when sporting a Marchesa gown that was certainly modest about the amount of covered skin. The dress was a little to much of a “TMI”, but it still certainly looked stunning on the star.

It really goes to say that Blake can certainly strut her stuff in no matter what she wears!
