If you’re familiar with the name Alexander Wang, you would probably not relate him to the coffee giant Starbucks, but you would be wrong because he will be designing a shirt along with past CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund winners Sophie Theallet and Billy Reid for Starbucks’ 40th anniversary.
Wang’s shirt will look like spilled coffee, Theallet’s (pictured above) looks like a globe, and Reid’s can only be described so far as having a “worn-in prep feel.” Selling at a retail price of $85, the shirts will be available for sale on starbucksstore.com.
