Pamela Love’s Spring 2012 collection puts a different spin on the current Southwestern chic trend fusing both Eastern and Western influences together. The Pamela Love Spring 2012 presentation recently held at Milk Studios, featured models adorned with jewelry bearing symbols of Moroccan architecture and tiles, traditional Berber tribe style and the West. To compliment the jewelry, Love designed the clothing, organically dyed headscarves worn under Western cowboy hats and sashes worn by the models at the presentation. Tribal music played in the background at the presentation creating an enchanting mood.

Aside from the worldly influences of the Spring 2012 collection, Love made it her own by incorporating brightly colored patterns composed of malachite, red jasper, lapis, turqoise, chrysophase, amethyst, black diamonds and wood. As in previous collections, the beauty of Pamela Love’s Spring 2012 collection is statement-making and bold. In general, this is one of the reasons I’m particularly in love with Pamela Love jewelry. Feeling instantly fierce is executed simply by wearing something as little as a Pamela Love ring or a pair of earrings.

Kind of reminds me of Egypt, oddly...XD

not oddly ..it reminds me too of it so much ~ the colors and the triangles .. it’s so pyramids like ..
beside it has some oriental feeling to it .
i like this collection so much ~ too many pieces here i loves ..
i like to put on many accessories ~ it looks cool ..specially when wearing a plain or mutual colored outfit .. it gives the outfit so much life ~ ..
the designs are so creative and so different from anything i saw ~ and i see many oriental designs ~ -mostly oriental designs - haha ~ but this one it has something different about it .. kinda too much ..but not in a bad way ~ ..the colors too is so spring like ~ love this collection the most
