A unique 400 sq.foot whop-within a shop was created in the form of Call It Spring that provides customers of JCPenney customers with over 234 styles of on trend footwear and accessories. 100 JCPenney stores have been created now, with 400 more to come.

They have some good designer collaborations with Nicole Miller and others, and sell products at quite cheap prices. There is a tribal themed look with some of the sandals, but they may be rather too ambitious. Nevertheless though, the other concepts were outstanding.
