This year’s New York Fashion Week will close out with a charity benefit by Fashion Fights Cancer. They have also chosen Designer Thuy Diep to be the honoree.

Diep has given her all to many fundraising and charity efforts over the past years. Notably, she has even contributed her design talent to express her passion to help. Most recently, she created a tribal-inspired scarf for Shoe4Africa.com where 100% of the proceeds were donated.

A really great choice to be honored by the Fashion Fights Cancer organization this year.

And if you weren’t aware, OMGHaute was even lucky enough to catch her New York Fashion Week show earlier this year. A very impressive collection.
