The 62nd annual Primetime Emmy Awards were a high point for everybody. What with the performances, awards, and blahs, nothing was more important than what our idolized celebrities wore to the red carpet. So let’s check out some of the best-dressed, and best-tressed, stars of the night.

First and foremost, pregnant ex-cheerleader now Glee club member Dianna Agron was stunning in her strapless Carolina Herrera dress. Smart move tying all that blonde hair back, nothing should take away from the dress’s gorgeousness, and those sparkling Cartier earrings only added to the sophisticated princess look.

Amidst all the one-shouldered dresses that evening, Jane Krakowski rocked it the best in an Escada gown. Not only was the cut gorgeous on her, the asymmetrical-ness of the silhouette made Krakowski stand out. I’m loving the extra fabric on the side, mad chic.

Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara was also decked out in a Carolina Herrera dress, but she pulled it off with a totally different feel. This shimmery gold dress fit her like a glove and made her stand out from the other contenders and their darker hues. Plus isn’t her hair just blow-dry amazing?

And finally, this is pretty much my favorite look to date, just cause I’m so used to head-to-toe in sweats Sue Sylvester. Nonetheless, Jane Lynch looked stunningly feminine in her Ali Rahimi. Congrats on that Emmy, by the way.
