At the 2010 Paris Fashion Week, all eyes were on designer Karl Lagerfeld and Chanel as his Fall 2010 RTW show was so cool it was cold, literally. Seems like people will do anything for the sake of fashion, as a humongous iceberg was imported from Scandinavia (don’t ask me how that was done) and models were strutting through melted iceberg water like they just don’t care.
Although the background was mind-blowing, the pieces were what caught my eye. Apparently moderation’s never a good thing in fashion because there was fur coming at you from all 360 degrees. Guess we just might know what’s going to be hot this fall.
Well, that’s not to say the entire collection is that extravagant. When you take away the fur short shorts…
..and the all fur pants…
…and the knee-high fur boots (which I think are cute, by the way)…
…you get this!
Amazing, right? Fashion will never cease to amuse me.
