There was another milestone Marilyn moment this week: the pink dress she wore in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes sold for £213,000 ($314,000 USD).

The pink satin dress is pretty iconic in my opinion, but no, it was not sold with the diamonds in case you were wondering! Of course, Marilyn sang one of her most famous songs (Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend) in this dress as well. The dress is a size 14 — a little different than the double-zero sized celebs that we have today! If only we could bring curvy back…
