The June issue of Vogue will feature a bronzed and beachy Blake Lively on the cover. Blake is originally from California, so a surf and sand inspired shoot seems pretty appropriate for the summer cover!

Even if you think that Blake’s character on Gossip Girl (Serena) is a little flaky, there’s no denying that this girl is gorgeous! I have total hair envy whenever I see her, and her beachy waves in this shoot are making me wish that I could make my hair do that somehow.

Most of the photos are really beautiful, but I had to laugh at the one in which Blake wears leather shorts and a jacket on the beach. Just a little reminder that this is Vogue, and sometimes (OK, most of the time) aesthetic wins over practicality.
