If you’ve walked by an Apple store in the past few days, you’ve probably noticed a huge line of people outside waiting to buy the iPad. While I don’t necessarily think that an iPad fits into my life, I’m amused by how many fashion-related applications are launching in the beginning weeks of Apple’s new cash cow.

Sartorialist — This app allows you to flip through the great street fashion photography of Scott Schuman aka The Sartorialist. It’s free too!

Gilt GroupeGilt has created an app that has received awesome reviews so far. Apparently it brings online shopping to a whole different level with features that allow you to zoom in really close on pictures and easy drag-and-drop of items into your shopping cart!

Interview Magazine — The April issue of Interview Magazine is available for $.99 on the iPad. I’m interested to see how this might change the way that people read magazines, but I have a feeling that not enough people will have the iPad to make a huge difference. Let’s face it, we all like to hold a magazine in our hands and leave the online platforms for our favorite blogs!
